Everything you might want to know before booking a call
Short, honest answers — grouped so you can jump straight to what matters to you.
Getting started
What does the call cost?
Nothing — it's a no-obligation introduction, not a sales pitch.
How fast can I get started?
After the introduction call comes an onboarding call, and from there we can have everything set up within 24 hours — after which we connect the systems and can start processing returns right away.
From what revenue level is ReshipVault worth it?
From around €1,000 in monthly revenue, it's already worthwhile for most stores.
Can I start with just the return address and add other services later?
Yes. The European return address is our core service and works fine on its own. Reshipping, storage, bulk returns and fulfillment are all optional add-ons you can turn on whenever it makes sense for your store.
Pricing & billing
What exactly does the one-time setup fee cover?
Getting everything live: activating and publishing your Netherlands return address, defining your reseal criteria, connecting your systems, and stocking any custom packaging you provide — the same foundation work we walk through in month one with every client.
How does invoicing and payment work?
You get one invoice a month, in arrears, covering your flat monthly fee plus whatever variable services you used that month (per-return processing, reshipping, storage, etc.). No surprise mid-month charges.
What if my order and return volume changes a lot month to month?
That's fine — most of our pricing (fee per return, reshipping margin, storage) scales directly with your volume rather than being a fixed commitment. The flat monthly fee stays the same either way.
How it works
Do you only receive returns, or can you also ship them onward?
Both. Depending on your preference, we store returns, reship them straight to new customers, or bundle them and send them back to your supplier.
Can I combine storage and reshipping?
Yes. Most stores mix and match: sellable returns get reshipped to new customers, while the rest is stored or sent back in bulk — you decide per situation.
What happens if a return isn't in sellable condition?
We check and assess every return individually. If it's damaged, past its shelf life, or the product type simply isn't suited for resale, it doesn't get reshipped — instead we store it or include it in your next bulk shipment back to your supplier, based on what you've told us to do.
Do you work with our own custom packaging when reshipping?
Yes. If you supply your own branded packaging, we stock it at our hub and reseal qualifying returns in it before sending them to a new customer — so the experience still feels like your brand, not a generic reshipment.
Coverage & eligibility
Which countries do you cover?
All of Europe, including the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Scandinavia and Eastern Europe — with our hub based in the Netherlands.
Do I need to change my supplier or platform to work with ReshipVault?
No. You simply point your return address to ours — during onboarding we connect the systems so returns come in smoothly, without touching your existing setup.
Can I add fulfillment for my regular stock too?
Yes, that's optional. Beyond returns, we can also manage and ship your regular inventory from the same hub.
Are there any products you can't process?
Some. Resealing only works if a product can come back undamaged, within shelf life, and legally eligible for resale — certain regulated, perishable, or hygiene-sensitive items may not qualify. We assess this per product during onboarding, not with a blanket rule.
Can ReshipVault actually help reduce chargebacks?
Indirectly, yes. A visible European return address and a real, functioning return process build the kind of trust that reduces disputes — customers are less likely to file a chargeback when they know exactly where and how to send something back.
Still have a question?
Ask it directly — book a no-obligation call and we'll answer it live.
